HR Business Partner - London & South East - c?55-60k + car

You will join my client, a FTSE 250 service business, at an exciting time of cultural change where there is a key focus on driving high performance and employee engagement levels. As a true HR Business Partner supporting business strategy and commercial operations, your key focus shall be to further develop strong working relationships with multiple regional management teams. Operating in partnership with the individual regions, your ability to understand key challenges internally and externally, will be key in ensuring that the people plan is fully aligned to the Business Agenda and optimises organisational effectiveness and productivity.

This is a pure generalist role however your key areas of focus will be:

* Drive forward Talent Management initiatives, educating the business on the benefit of measuring and highlighting Talent, formulating career pathways and succession plans
* Collaborate with the business and HR colleagues at both local and Group level to formulate and imbed Competency Frameworks
* Lead on the implementation of new Performance Management processes to include coaching management on how to manage performance effectively
* Provide leadership coaching and drive commerciality throughout the business
* Support on recruitment and talent management activity; to include management of new apprentice schemes, succession planning and employee engagement activity
* Ensure effective use of HR systems and take ownership for people data within your designated client group; monitoring trends and reporting MI back to senior management teams
* Monitor business performance and revenue, implementing people solutions that raise productivity and profit levels
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, challenging the status quo and influencing where appropriate
* Attend senior management meetings, acting as a subject matter expert on HR and providing commercial solutions to key customer and business issues

You will ideally be fully CIPD qualified and able to demonstrate experience in line with the above areas within commercially focussed organisations that employ specialist and qualified individuals. You will have significant experience of true HR Business Partnering with evidence of bottom line ';value-add? to the business. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of building strong working relationships and meeting changing stakeholder demands with challenging and complex environments that are regionally spread.
