I am a swimmer currently and my workouts can get pretty intense. I am looking to add a couple supplements and I have a couple questions. First of all I need a Beta-Alanine Supplement so I was leaning towards Amino Energy by ON or Carnage by MS. And also are BCAA's that important? I would like to have BCAA's but not at the expense of a good Beta-Alanine supplement.
My second question. As a swimmer should I use Cordygen5 or Cordygen Vo2? I am a bit conflicted since although my practices are long and grueling, my main swim events are not much longer than 2 minutes.
Any type of advice would be appreciated.
Currently my supplements are: Whey Gold Standard by ON, Pure Creatine Mono powder, Multivitamin
