The goal of the game is to own all the properties and have houses and hotels on them all, in other words, to create a monopoly. It has been translated into many languages and played in countries across the world. There was also a version that was given to P.O.W.s in WWII that contained things that they would need to escape. There have been dozens of versions made, including ones for Harry Potter, Twilight and Star Wars. But even through all of that, the classic version still sells well, and people still play it with their friends and families.

Candy Land. While this isn?t one that adults play with each other, it?s one that you can play with your kids, or that they can play on their own. It?s a game that is easy for the kids to play, all they have to do is match the colors to figure out where to move to. It hasn?t changed much over the years, but the places that the kids have to go through while they play are places that kids would want to be.

Chess. Chess has been around for hundreds of years. It can be very complex, but it can also be played at a very basic level. It?s a great game for 2 to play. It also teaches strategy and planning. There have been hundreds of versions, so you can find one that you want.

Scrabble. The classic games of spelling. The goal of this game is to spell words that score higher than your opponents while you are blocking them from getting into good scoring areas or easy places to move.

Risk. This is the game of world domination. The goal is to take over as many countries as possible. The makers have updated this game to make it quicker to play, since some people complained about how long it took to play, but you can still play the classic version.

These are just a few of the board games that people like to play. You probably have your favorites, maybe Trivial Pursuit or Life, but the whole point of games is that they are something you can use to get together with your friends and family so that you can have fun together.
