On Monday May 23, 2011 at approximately 6:20 pm, Jackson Police Officers responded to Harvest Court on a reported assault with injuries. The victim had reportedly been assaulted by a neighbor over an ongoing dispute.? The suspect had? come to the victim?s house to argue with the victim over an incident that had taken place the previous day regarding another neighbor.? The victim instructed the neighbor to leave his property but he refused and an altercation ensued where the victim was gouged in his eye by the suspect.? He also sustained injuries to his neck, right arm and back.
