It?s getting hot outside, which is a good thing for home buyers and real estate agents who both benefit during my Dog Days of Summer Sale. Wilson Parker here, and I have dug up some great incentives for any home buyer that purchases a home from now through September 1.
Home buyers, I have some great deals for you! In June, anybody that visits and registers at a Wilson Parker Homes community will be entered into a drawing for a trip for four to visit Disney World (no purchase?necessary). Be sure to tell Pluto I said hello! Also, if you purchase a home during the sale, you?ll get $10,000 off, anyway you want it (most communities, see website for details). You can add extra flair to your home in the design center, save on closing costs, or put it toward the price of the home. To take advantage of this incentive, you must use an approved lender.
Real estate agents, we?ve got plenty of golden bones for you. We are offering 3 percent commission for communities on the Northside and 4 percent commission on the Southside. That?s in addition to $1,000 at closing. Co-op agents also have the chance to win a cruise! One trip will be awarded each month.
