What is a court?

Sometimes a court case, in particular a process known as the OJ Simpson fiasco, is called a court. Theis not what we are talking about. We are talking about a military tribunal such as the one that judged Nazi war criminals in Nuremberg.

Military tribunals are not to be fair, though, as the participants, the jury may be more effective and based on evidence from a study. They are in special conditions, such as using the murder of Lincoln. President Bush has begun to set up terrorist.

Let us be glad that the current government has not rushed to justice those who have collected as a terrorist. published by a fair trial some of the "terrorists." The others must wait their fate.
